For diagnosing and repairing all types of electrical industrial equipment, IEM’s dedicated field service teams are second to none. We serve businesses located throughout Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Arizona, Alaska and California. We also provide transformer services for major industrial, chemical and refining, water transmission and power plants. 

If the extent of repairs requires removal, we’ll bring your equipment to one of our two service centers in Longview, WA or Visalia, CA where we can do complete rebuilds and where we also offer specialty services, such as vacuum pressure impregnation for large motors using our 12 foot tank, the largest tank on the West Coast. If new equipment is needed, we carry a diverse array of premium quality electrical equipment and also offer generators for rent.

To prevent emergencies from occurring, IEM offers regular calibration and testing of equipment to ensure it is functioning properly and within its design specifications. Preventative maintenance plans are the best way to keeping a facility running safely and at peak efficiency.
